First backyard BBQ of the year! A definite bonus to our teeny tiny apartment is the huge backyard. For New Jersey this place is huge! We love it, that is, until mosquito season kicks in.

We had a fun time with the Tullis family minus Brian, he was working late :(. I tried a new marinade and glaze for the pork chops and they were delicious! Not sure though how much of the deliciousness was due to my marinade or Adam's grilling skills... (I know Taryl, I should have put the recipe on your food blog)

After an evening of playing and chatting in the backyard we came inside to start the movie "The Witches" while we ate yummy strawberry shortcake. We had a lot of fun with the Tullises- I love good company and good food!
